Our small but fine, fully equipped 2 room apartment (55m²) impresses with its good, central location right on the border with the Hanseatic city of Rostock. From here you can reach the Rostock city center, the seaside resort of Warnemünde and the BAB 20 quickly and easily. There is also a connection to good bike paths to the seaside resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn via Bad Doberan. Shopping facilities are located in full entirely opposite in the shopping center "Ostseepark".

The apartment is located in the Kröpeliner Tor Vorstadt (KTV) district and thus in the heart of Rostock. Close to all public transport and supermarkets. There are also many pubs and restaurants nearby. Short distance to the city harbour and the Ostseestadion. The correct address is (please note the postcode!): 22 Fritz Reuter Str. 18057 Rostock There is also a Fritz Reuter Str. in Rostock-Warnemünde (postcode 18119), so there could be a risk of confusion.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
