Our small but fine, fully equipped 2 room apartment (55m²) impresses with its good, central location right on the border with the Hanseatic city of Rostock. From here you can reach the Rostock city center, the seaside resort of Warnemünde and the BAB 20 quickly and easily. There is also a connection to good bike paths to the seaside resorts of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn via Bad Doberan. Shopping facilities are located in full entirely opposite in the shopping center "Ostseepark".

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
