The cottage is located on the first floor of a newly renovated stone farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet. The entrance is independent (access via an external staircase). You can park in front of the garage of the house. A terrace and a small garden are also available. This place is ideal if you want peace and quiet in a preserved environment. Bike & walking trails are numerous in the area. The Chateaubriant/Guipry Messac greenway is 5 km from the house.

The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Accommodation consists of an entrance, living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/WC. Sheets for sleeping on the couch are provided. The kitchen leads directly onto the terrace, which is south facing. Property size about 40 m².
