Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Apartment consisting of bedroom with 23 m2 open bathroom and 20m2 living room separate from the bedroom. It has a small newly renovated kitchen. It has a private balcony overlooking the sea where you can sit quietly to enjoy and relax. The house is in the middle of the old town but not on the busiest streets. Check-in and check-out can be done through lockbox, if I am not home at that time no problem!
