We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Great stay! Francisco was very responsive and friendly and even found us a local shop recommendation when we had a flat tire. I would highly recommend it! It is very close to the metro which makes it easy to get around and there are markets nearby which makes it really convenient. Apartment was cozy and my family had a great stay!

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The place was impeccable, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was also excellent, ideal for getting around the area. We especially want to thank the host for her kindness and understanding: we had an unexpected delay with transportation and she waited for us 30 minutes longer without any problem. Their patience and hospitality made a difference and made us feel very welcome from the first moment. We would definitely recommend this place and would return without hesitation. This is not our first time and will repeat for sure. Very cozy house, fully equipped kitchen good views, with garden and private parking. Hosts are always helpful and helpful.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Great location with many restaurants and cafes near by. The place is just like the photos and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The Valencia guide book was also very handy. A little traffic noise at night but nothing that you couldn’t sleep through. Overall a spacious and clean space!

We had a great stay in this apartment located two minutes' walk from the sea, ideally located close to all amenities. The apartment was clean, well laid out and above all very functional, with air conditioning in all rooms – a real plus for comfort. The owners were lovely: they allowed us to arrive very late at no extra cost and even let us leave at noon, which allowed us to take our time. A great experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

Perfection !! The best hosts in the business, super responsive and helpful in assisting with transportation!! The apartment was magnificent as was the location beautiful building as well . We bought a tourist bus pass but only used it once as everything was within walking distance. I highly recommend this Arbnb to anyone lucky enough to stay there! Five stars are not enough. Elegant beachfront apartment with large terrace ideal for couples who are looking to enjoy a calm vacation with direct access to the beach ⛱️🌊☀️. Going to the local market with bikes, being able to buy fresh seafood, and grill on the terrace was quite a highlight. We enjoyed sitting out evenings with a good local Verdejo wine. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. No excessive loud music in the area. There is a“ Hausmeister“ who attends the property from 9am to 8 pm. Very friendly and cordial. He keeps the common areas well maintained. The apartment is clean, elegant, free of clutter. We cooked several days in the evening and found everything we needed in the kitchen. I took an Uber to the city center for shopping once in a while (just 20min away). In the evening it’s nice to walk down the beach promenade where you also find restaurants to eat and clubs to dance. Overall a great experience👌🏻✨ We will surely book again. Thank you Carlos ✨
