Exceptionally beautiful stay. Stunning cottage and location, with very thoughtful and generous hosts. We loved the local art that was showcased too - a vibrant and unique collection.

We enjoyed staying in a cozy space that was just a few minutes drive outside of town.

Loved our stay so much we will be back. The location is secluded but still quite central to all of the main areas of the queenstown region. Car recommended to get around. The lake Hayes area has a beautiful peaceful residential feel, with walking track around the lake itself, and surrounded by beautiful New Zealand architecture and rural properties. As a plus, the Frankston shopping centre is about a 3 minute drive and very convenient. Our favourite restaurants and winery at Ayrburn is also just a 3-4 minute drive away - incredible. The cabin was clean, well equipped and the spa and fireplace are a huge plus for the cooler months.

This place is amazing! Set in a terrific location this new and well equipped house is very nicely furnished indeed, and super comfortable. Oh, and the hot tub under the star was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and the host Rachael was super helpful with getting my daughter to the start of a marathon race when our flight was delayed. Thanks for an awesome stay.

There is not enough praise I can give to Rob and this beautiful stay. Rob was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating to all requests made. We instantly felt at home as soon as we stepped into the cottage and loved every moment here. Rob was quite helpful with allowing for an earlier check in time, and later check out and ensured the place was perfectly clean and comfortable upon arrival. The place is well kept - and very peaceful to return to after a day out. The fireplace, and hot tub are perfect touches! Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you for making this a perfect stay.

Great Villa in a wondeful location. Very good value for money

Such an adorable cabin! The whole place is so thoughtful and comfortable, from the fluffy towels and incredible bathroom to the comfy bed to the snacks in the fridge. It is, as others have mentioned, close to the road, but that never bothered us at all--there's really not a ton of street noise, and it's honestly much quieter than the center of Queenstown. It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go, though, and it was great to have parking. Plus the hot tub was so lovely! We would definitely come back here the next time we're in Queenstown.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs! We had our 1 year old with us and wanted a child friendly location near Queenstown but not in the high traffic areas. Not only did this tick those boxes, but it was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We were 15min drive from anything we wanted to do and got to enjoy the beauty of the countryside + fresh eggs!!

You’d struggle to find a better view of Arrowtown and the valley heading to Qtown. Would love to have been able to stay longer and enjoy the accommodation more. Jeremy was easy to reach, super friendly and very accommodating - we had an additional guest join us last minute and Jeremy happily brought down sheets for their bed late on a Friday evening. Highly recommend

This is a wonderful home to stay - very much a home away from home. The location is brilliant easy to get to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Wanaka and all Central Otago locations. Highly recommend Lisa's place.

Beautiful little cottage with quality furniture and furnishings. A beautiful view for a few days retreat

Lovely place with an incredible view! So spacious and everything was clean and as described. Felt like home away from home. Very close to nearby cycling track. Could easily cycle into town in 5 minutes.

John and Wioleta's place was very well located and was great for our short stay. Outside of Queenstown itself but only a few bus stops away (~10min), and more importantly, their place is near the bus stop. Bus service goes to town and airport. They were also kind enough to provide towels when we asked. Thanks for the space!

Fantastic on all levels. If this is available book it! Outstanding views and so peaceful. The perfect place for a getaway whilst being so close to Arrowtown and the wonderful Ayrburn property. Great hosts and the perfect set up. Highly recommend

What a beautiful place. Amazing views over the river and looking up into the mountains. It was especially wonderful to spend the day on the slopes of Coronet Peak, just 10 minutes drive away, then come back and ease the muscles in the hot tub whilst looking up at the ski field! Michael was also especially kind to sort us out with breakfast for our first morning when we arrived late at night.

We loved our time here. Each night it felt like we were coming back home. It was so easy to relax after a day exploring. We chose this location because it fit well into our itinerary and we are so glad that we did.

We loved our stay a fave spot. James was super responsive to any query. We loved the location for morning walks and proximity to all the things we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again. A wood burner would be the cherry on top. 🤩🥰

We loved our stay at The Ferry B&B! Mitzi allowed us to check in a bit early and greeted us when we arrived, she had baked delicious cookies (cookie time eat your heart out) for us and had set up the bread maker for us so that we would wake up to freshly baked bread the next morning. She had loads of helpful tips for the area and could answer all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations. The property itself is stunning. The history of the building has been maintained beautifully whilst the rooms feel finished to a very high standard. There are so many nice touches like details of all the historic photos around the property and a cookbook out on the Aga. We loved that the property is slightly removed from the business of Queenstown and we had no issues travelling into Queenstown during our stay even on NYE. It is very close to the airport which removed a lot of stress on our last day as we didn’t have to worry about traffic. Thank you Mitzi and Dan for such a lovely stay!

Good place next to their house in the same property

Delightful, well-appointed cottage in a fantastic location. Everything about it was lovely and we really enjoyed sitting in the garden and having a barbecue dinner one night! Will absolutely book again. The beds were particularly comfortable.

Spotless, quiet home in a beautiful location with all day sun and views. Fiona has set the cottage up very thoughtfully and she was a lovely host to communicate with. This was a perfect stay for us and we didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this little gem.

We had a lovely, very tranquil stay up on the hill at Ali's cottage. Very comfortable place and we enjoyed the fireplace too. It was so nice to have a pantry cupboard with basic cooking items and well equiped kitchen as its such as nice place to eat in.
