Great place to stay with a group of friends for the week! Heaps of space. Very warm. Loved the spa. Easy access to the lakeside track. Loved being out of the traffic of central Queenstown!

This is a wonderful property. The views are sensational from every spot and the house is spacious and very comfortable. An amazing location to soak up the scenery or share a spa bath. Highly recommend.

This is definitely a special spot to stay and we will be staying ago, though ideally for more than a week. The spaces across the four levels are really well designed, sound proof and aesthetic. We were working in the house with extended family, including 2 kids, and it caused no issue at all. The views are spectacular, particular from the top floor. Access to Queenstown Hill is also a nice addition that we weren't aware of; there is a walking track immediately above the property for an exceptional hike or a challenging trail run (emphasis on "challenging"). Walking into town is fairly painless and quick, but walking home is not particularly enjoyable - those views come at a price. We did it multiple times when the car was in use, including with a pram, and it was doable. Renting a car is our recommendation (there is a double garage). A great property. You know where your money is going with this one.

A fantastically appointed house which comfortably fit our group of 6 adults. A warm, homely vibe with everything we needed to enjoy our week in Queenstown. Short drive into town and stunning, relaxing views across the lake. We'll be back. :)

My family and I had a lovely stay. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town and walking trails. It is very spacious with a fully functional and well setup kitchen with everything needed to create a few simple meals. We particularly enjoyed the incredible views of the lake, which we enjoyed while grilling dinner one night. We would certainly stay again and recommend this to anyone else.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was truly outstanding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the host's flexibility with the checkout time. It made our last day so much more relaxed and enjoyable. We really appreciated that! Wow - this house is absolutely amazing 10/10. The views over Queenstown are spectacular All finishes finishes inside are of very high standard and rooms of good size All living areas have an amazing views over the lake and open up onto a deck via bifold doors to show the most spectacular view It also has a full size billiard table that was well used by all It is close enough to centre of town to walk and avoid parking A definite must when in Queenstown and would stay there again

Everything is just perfect. I love this house.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Giverny house is amazing! The house was so clean with comfy beds! We had a party of 7 adults and there was plenty of room to relax and spread out. The grounds of the property were beautiful in every direction. We were a little worried about the location relative to our Queenstown activities but it was just fine. We had a car and actually really enjoyed the “country” feeling of the Otago neighborhoods.

This property was very high quality and Bridget was an exceptional host. Bridget also proactively advised us when our original booking was impacted by neighbouring construction which was very thoughtful and flexible!

Beautiful accomodation so close to the lake and easy to walk to town. Very well maintained house, clean and modern amenities. We are already planning our next stay :)

I would assume God made this place the Garden of Eden or at least this place is what I imagined it to be. My breathe was constantly taken away every time I stepped on the balcony. It was just unreal like a Thomas Kinkade painting. Such a clean, cozy, magnificent setting. I really felt like this was my home away from home. The hosts were responsive and checked in during my stay. they recommended the Best chef ever, Chef Ainsley and oh was she wonderful. Breakfast and dinners were top tier. Will definitely collaborate with her when I come back. But the home was perfect. The sauna, jacuzzi, and balcony was everything I needed to decompress and relax. We had movie nights and the surrounding sound was great. The beds were so cozy as I forgot I fell asleep. Such a memorable stay and I didn't want to leave which says a lot coming from someone who loves in sunny San Diego. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this lovely gem! Will definitely be back and will only use and recommend U!

Loved loved loved Olivia’s accomodation- Cardrona is an absolute fav of ours and it was so great to be able to stay there now there is more accomodation in the area. Nice and spacious, comfy beds, beautiful view and Olivia was great to talk with. Thank you for having us.

We absolutely fell in love with this place and almost immediately extended our stay by a night after arriving. We visited in autumn and the gardens were absolutely stunning, with beautiful colourful trees, a herd of deer, and so many mushrooms. The room was very cosy, the bed comfortable, and the room very quiet making for a very restful stay. The bathroom with all of the windows was lovely and relaxing in the bath was a highlight. The place is close to bob's cove and lots of other DOC walking tracks, and is 15 minutes drive into Queenstown, so easy enough to pop in for dinner. Suzanne and her cute little dog were very welcoming and Suzanne gave us some nice tips about things to do in the area. If you're after a relaxing break away from it all, I highly recommend this spot.

Carla and Chris were excellent communicators, very nice and kind guests and jumped to anything I didn’t know how to use ect. Very kind people. Thankyou Carla and Chris! 🙂

Keith’s house was perfect for our extended family, 3 couples plus 2 children. The house is spacious so there was privacy for each family plus a very large living/dining/kitchen area with a wonderful deck out the back with a hot tub and outdoor eating table. A large back yard provided space for running around or playing games. We could not have asked for a better reunion space. The views to the mountains were spectacular with nightly moon rises and star gazing. Keith is the ultimate host who made sure that we had all the information we needed to check in and settle even though a death in the family required that he be out of the country. He was generous in answering questions about the area and sharing extra amenities for water activities. We could not have had a better vacation.
