Monthly Rentals in Lake Spenard

This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! Ashleigh was quick to respond to questions and so nice. The house was stocked with so many extra necessities and is great if you’re traveling with children. My daughter loved playing with the toys and games that were provided. We loved that it was an easy 10 minutes into downtown!

Spent a lovely week at John and Hennie's place. Really great location, central to many places. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The heating/radiators did make some noise at night when they turned on but after the first night we never really noticed them any more. John and Hennie also welcomed us with some snacks and water and the apartment came with pretty much all the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe's rental. The unit was comfortable and clean, and accurately reflected the listing description. We would love to stay here again if the opportunity arrises and definitely recommend the unit to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay while in Anchorage. Thank you Joe and Team!
