Great place to stay and relax, the view is amazing and Brittain is a excellent host

I am new to AirB&B and haven’t booked through the site yet. I had just started an account, as I was hoping to find a reasonable price place for my son to stay while he is working in Michigan. Steve Betty Shutt took a chance on me and my son and allowed him to stay there for the week. The owner sent a message asking a few questions before they approved the stay hours before check in they sent detailed instructions on how to get in, From where to park and enter the building. My son had a coworker who was trying to find a place and was looking like he could the owner was going to allow him to stay with my son if he couldn’t find a place. The place is clean, and new. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The place does have lots of heat, and an ac unit if too hot. Definitely would stay again!

Everything was wonderful! The place is great and interesting, with antiques and all kinds of neat corners and nooks to sit, relax, and read. It's handy to plenty of stores and shops but still out in the quiet country. The house was clean, and we had everything we needed to serve all the meals we had brought. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of places to sleep. The instructions are clean and well-written. We had five guests, and it didn't feel cramped at all. When we are back in the area, we will definitely stay there again. It's so nice to have a go-to place where you don't have to guess and wonder if everything will work out. Also, Tim was super helpful and very quick to reply, which was very much appreciated since we needed another place at the last minute. He sent us listings of places close by, so I didn't need to guess on the distance from his place.

They went far and above their requirements as a host, I made a booking error for the wrong dates and the graciously refunded my full amount, this would have been the second visit to their cottage and it truly is an amazing rental, thank you again Danny
