Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Peipus

We had a great stay. Pictures are very accurate. Everything was superconvenient.

Todellakin hintansa arvoinen ja ylitti odotukset! Miellyttävä rauhallinen alue, jolla ihanat kävelymaastot ja isot ruokakaupat lähellä. Huoneisto pieni, mutta erittäin puhdas, siisti ja raikas, ja kaikki luvatut mukavuudet löytyivät :) Sisäänpääsy helppoa koodilla, ja ohjeet selvät. Suosittelen, ja käytän varmasti toistekin!

Everything was fine! The place is small but very nice, has everything in it. I would recommend it! Unfortunately, no coffee mashine, and some mix-up with parking places. I suggest to read parking instructions precisely, as numbers of the parking lot are confusing.

Estuvimos 3 meses y realmente nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento tiene todo para estar unos días de vacaciones, pero también para vivir durante periodos más largos. Estuvimos desde septiembre a diciembre, incluyendo días de mucho frío, y jamás pasamos frío en este apartamento. Está totalmente renovado, tiene buena eficiencia energética y la calefacción está presente en todas las habitaciones (incluyendo suelo radiante en el baño). Por otro lado, la comodidad es genial, y eso incluye la cama y los sofás. También dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir y para estar como en casa. En cuanto a la zona, no puede ser mejor. Un barrio tranquilo, precioso y a 10 minutos del centro andando. Elegiría este apartamento 1000 veces más 😉

the apartment was very homely, well decorated and created small wow effect. everything we needed was there and everything was clean. the perfect stay for up to 5 people, as there was a lots of room. having a meal with 5 people together behind one table would be a bit hard, but otherwise i've got no complaints

2 etwas lästige Gegebenheiten vor all dem Lob vorweg: auf harmloses Eisenoxid zurückzuführender Geruch und leichte Rückstände auf Haut und Schmuck des warmen Nutzwassers und gelegentlich stechende und beißende Insekten waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Tolle Erreichbarkeit von kulturellen Angeboten und Menschenanhäufungen in Tartu bei Bedarf. Großartige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auf allen Kanälen. Für „Besitzer“ von Hunden ohne Jagdtrieb gleicht es einem Paradies. Sauna, Lagerfeuer, Trampolin, Obstpflanzen, Schaukel, Netflix und so weiter waren uns willkommene Abwechslungen - hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Gesamtausstattung. Traumhafter See in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wohnhaus bietet unglaublich viel Raum für mehr als 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde - nächstes Jahr planen wir, mit mehreren Personen wieder dort zu weilen. Den Kontakt zu Personen, die dafür Sorge tragen, das Grundstück in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand zu halten, haben wir als sehr kommunikativ und bereichernd empfunden.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

Отлично место что бы провести выходные с семьей. Не очень далеко до центра города . Тихое, уютное место. Современное жилье . В доме есть все необходимое . С удовольствием вернемся снова .

Very comfy, private and near to city centre! Definitely recommend!

Отличная возможность провести выходные вдали от городской суеты. Баня, небольшое лесное озеро, поля, лошади. Огромный дом, который мы большой компанией снимали целиком - места хватило всем. Единственный минус - расположение. Магазины далеко, да и в целом добираться без машины сложно, но мы брали микроавтобус в аренду.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne ruhige Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Grundstück ist wesentlich größer als vermutet und das Saunahaus mit Teich war richtig gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war völlig unkompliziert. Besser kann es kaum sein!

Puhas korralik maja. Voodid väga mugavad ja suured.

A very relaxing stay! Great location with beautiful scenery. Martin was a great help and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again :)

Nice, clan comfortable studio apartment. about 10 min walk to the rail station and nice cafes nearby.

We felt at home in Maarja's apartment. It's super cosy, modern and has absolutely everything one may need. Location's great - right in the centre of Kohtla-Järve, 3rd (top) floor so very quiet. Bed was super comfy, bathroom nice and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Extra points for the great interior (design) - so many cool details. Instructions Maarja sent were very clear and communication easy peasy. Basically, everything was awesome! We'll be back soon! :)

By far one of the best AirBnB apartments we stayed in. Very comfortable, spacious, very good beds, plenty of spaces to work, read, and rest. Bathroom has a big shower and a laundry & dryer machine (which was necessary given the rainy days we had). Perfect breakfast place at 50 meter walk on the corner and many bars and restaurants at the end of the street, near the old town hall square. To the city center it's 15 min walk and to the Delta Management School it's 7 minutes walk. Marge responds at the speed of light and is very kind. Note that, even if you do not arrive by car, your first entry is via the car park access and subsequently you enter and exit via the door to the street. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator, so a bit of suitcase exercise is required.

Korteri hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on superhea, sellise raha kohta suurepärane korter. Soovitan seda kohta kindlasti ka teistele!

Excellent place for staying in Tartu! Especially when traveling with kids. Nothing bad to say here :)
