We were very satisfied with the accommodation! The place was exactly as expected, and Johanna was always very quick to respond to questions. In addition, we were able to ask for firewood to heat the stove, and they were delivered right away:) We definitely recommend it!

The apartment was clean and with everything necessary inside. The location is on the central, yet quite, street. Super recommended! 👍

Great place close to the city center, everything within walking distance. A particularly pleasant surprise was the bottle of water left in the fridge.

A bit confusing extra digital environment for check in and out, but otherwise clear and supportive instructions. Place was nice and clean and in peaceful and private area (mainly private houses or only 4-8flat houses with gardens big enough around). And, when using the room, be noticed, that automatic light in bathroom 😀, so no need to spend time at all for searching for switches for that 😀.

We stayed 3 months and really felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need for a few days on vacation, but also to live for longer periods. We were there from September to December, including very cold days, and we were cold in this apartment. It is fully renovated, has good energy efficiency and heating is present in all rooms (including heated flooring in the bathroom). On the other hand, the comfort is great, and that includes the bed and sofas. It also has everything you need to live and feel at home. As for the area, it can't be beat. A quiet, beautiful neighborhood and a 10-minute walk from downtown. I would choose this apartment 1000 times more 😉

Ando's place was great and had plenty of room for two people! It's right next to the train station, and you can easily walk to the town centre from there. Ando was also very friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend :)

The apartment was clean and the right size. Check-in was easy. Just perfect for three people. There were enough dishes and pots, and the dishwasher was easy to use. I recommend it.

Apartment was very clean, neat. Host was super responsive. We appreciated fast replies and also instructions for sauna, chimney, stove. Location of the apartment was also very good, walkable to city centre and other sights.

I stayed at Madis' apartment for 5 months and this was not just an excellent listing but a home away from home. The apartment is actually cozier than it seems in the photos and was equipped with everything a guest could ever need. Madis had also stocked frozen handpicked delicious Estonian berries in the freezer ! He met me at the apartment and explained everything I needed to know for my lengthy stay in Tartu. The building is situated just by the beautiful river beach. If you are a walker like me , the place is ideal for a brisk refreshing walk to the city center in the morning and in the evening. You can also enjoy the view and the stunning sunsets from the balcony in the summertime.

The apartment was really nice and clean. The surrounding area was calm and beautiful. I’m sad we didn’t have time to use the fireplace. Would recommend!

I liked the place.

Polite and spacious living. The big balcony was "the icing on the cake"

We stayed 2 nights with 2 Golden Retrievers and the place was like brand new! We tried our best to keep the dogs dirty feet clean (we gave them foot baths each time but had to use one towel when it was wet and muddy outside. The stairs are steep and a bit tight but no issue for us. There isn’t a dog park close that we found but in the “courtyard” there is a nice fenced grassy space that we could let the dogs run off a little energy and that was great! Incredibly easy to find and enter/leave and 3 blocks from city center. A great stay, we hope to stay here every time we come down to Tartu!

Cozy home and ideal for a medium stay, the host is very courteous and always available for any need or clarification. Very convenient check-in and check-out.

Tiit is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The house is nice and comes with all the amenities. We especially liked the location: it’s very close to the sea and the park. The balcony in particular is a very beautiful place to sit on in the evenings and enjoy the nature. Overall we’d highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the north-east of Estonia.
