The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. The Ossiachersee can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is within 2 minutes. Ski tours or snowshoeing along the snowy ski slopes or in the woods are also welcome.

The property consists of a pleasant 2-room apartment with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom and balcony. The design is rural. A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

Our apartment is located between mountain and lake, in the heart of Carinthia. The apartment itself (about 100 sqm) is furnished in a style towards "country house" and scores in summer with cool and in winter with warmth. The largest part is the living, dining and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy together. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. On site parking for up to 2 cars. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
