Barn accommodation in Lake Ontario

This place was beautiful and homey! Honestly, the upper floor was much bigger than we expected and very clean. The bathrooms were all renovated and looked beautiful. The space was nice and kitchen was very pristine. The pool area was enjoyable and pond was nice to boat in. Would recommend this place for a nice family cottage trip :)

Franks place was super cute! I never met, saw, or communicated with him but he had help living on the property who were amazing and kind. The space was very cozy and the property itself was beautiful. The only thing we didnt like was that there wasn’t a sponge in the kitchen and a lot of the dishes were dusty and sitting for a while or not clean from the last person. That is super minor though. Overall 5 stars for sure and would visit again.

The location and setting is fabulous. The apartment is super quaint and cute with lots of charm. Hosts are wonderfully responsive

We had a wonderful stay at Mel & Scott's place for Cornell graduation (~30-35 min, not bad at all given the gorgeous drive). They were so welcoming and greeted us warmly in person (even though they drove quite a distance to meet us!). The house was perfect, immaculately clean, and had thoughtful touches throughout such as individual room heat/AC, extra sheets/blankets for a sleeper in each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The Keurig coffee machine with a full set of pods was a welcome touch too! We had lots of fun playing ping pong and that's just scratching the surface of the enjoyable activities that the house offers. By the way, in case Apple Maps takes you to the wrong address (sometimes happens), just drive down the road <2 miles to the correct street number and you'll be fine. This is the best AirBnB we've been to -- highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing stay!

The Nest was a perfect getaway for our group of friends, for a quiet and peaceful retreat. The refurbished barn has a unique blend of original and modern decor, which creates a beautiful aesthetic, and Michelle went out of her way to create a welcoming space, with tons of amenities (over and above the regular expectations) to help you move into a liveable and warm space. She was prompt with responses and met us on site for a personal tour of the airbnb. The venue definitely lives up to the photos/description.

We had a great stay for a few days- the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for a few great home cooked meals

The finger lakes was our destination for a full getaway weekend. We were thrilled to find this property on Lake Skaneateles, our favorite of the finger lakes! We loved the Barndominium from the first moment we entered it! Amazing views! The one big room is comfy, spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We loved having lake access and kayaks to use right on the water!! The pool table was fun to have evenings and on the 1 rainy day. Beds and furniture were comfy, and the bathroom shower was especially spacious. Would we come back? Absolutely!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!!

We booked this lovely listing on a last minute trip to see a friend. We were not disappointed. The hosts were very friendly. We were greeted by Larry & Holly the Doberman upon arrival. We met Kay later & thoroughly enjoyed our stay with excellent suggestions from our hosts about places to eat, places to see, and simply just wonderful conversation. Highly recommend this quiet, peaceful abode for anyone concerning a future stay!!

It was a nice and quiet place to stay. Kids were little scare of spiders as they were everywhere. Lainie is very sweet, responsible host and she gave us homemade fresh honey ☺️

The Copper Barn was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding in the area. There was plenty of room for my husband and me, as well as our adult children. The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Richelle was communicative and friendly. Altogether a terrific experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy barn in Roblin! It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot , the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. I brought my partner here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The barn has a charming and comfortable vibe, and it was the ideal location since it’s only about an hour away from the 1000 Islands Rockport Cruise. It made for a memorable and scenic get away. Highly recommend this spot for couples looking for a romantic escape!

My family and I got exactly what we wanted out of this stay. It was peaceful, quiet, and absolutely gorgeous scenery. The hosts were very nice. Allowed us to explore the property and we made great memories we will not soon forget as a family.

Loved staying at Mary’s place. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful and private. Beds were comfy, water was hot, lots of space for the 9 people in our party and kitchen was stocked with many amenities and the host was kind enough to leave us a special treat on our arrival. There was a small water issue but the host came over to get it fixed on a Sunday which our group very much appreciated. We had a lovely stay at their beautiful home, thank you Mary and Ed!

Great location, very quiet and serene. It was perfect for our need of a quiet escape from the city. Super clean which is always a plus. Our toddler loved all the toys and books. Our toddler didn’t play with any of the toys or books we brought from home.

My only “even better if” for my stay at The Coop is that I booked more time there. I arrived feeling stressed from busy-ness of the city and left peaceful. This stay was to do creative thinking/focused work .. this was the perfect spot for this! Remote yet 5-10min to shops, restos, beach etc. Inside space is rustic yet modern and very spacious. Enjoyed the outdoor space with table and bbq (had dinner outside .. enjoyed warm evening sun). The bed was fabulous - comfortable, crisp / fresh bedding and the big windows were soothing to wake to. Ava was extremely responsive and helpful. Instructions were very easy and clear to follow. Bonuses were fresh eggs (yum!) and the “greeters” (Ozzie and Cliff) who came by to say hi if they were out (adorable, friendly dogs). Ava and Tim - you’ve created something really special! Thank you!!

Gail is a lovely and welcoming host and the farm is gorgeous! So tranquil, peaceful, relaxing, and full of natural beauty. I loved taking out the chicken eggs and petting the animals. The only criticism was that the bathtub was kinda dirty and had stains and some of the spaces in the downstairs had cobwebs, but overall it was delightful! Also, if you come here, there is only one hot plate for cooking so if you come with groceries etc then plan accordingly on that fact.

Gail was an amazing and gracious host. Her response time was good. It’s a fun place to stay with lots of room and has extra things to do while around the property. She took generous time to tour the farm with the family and gave horseback riding lessons at more than a fair cost to the children. We would most definitely stay there again!

We were in town for a SUNY event. The hotels were double the price. It’s nice to have space to spread out in, appliances, etc. Would recommend if you’re in Oswego and don’t want to stay in the hotel confines. The sleeping is as stated, in a full size bed I believe. Close to town, would need a car or taxi type ride share. Theresa communicated well & left us snacks :-). Thanks!!
