Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We have 2 kayaks available for rent. 20/day per kayak. Pay if/when you use them. Life jackets must be worn when operating kayaks. Life jackets are in dock box. Kayaks for DAY use only. Kayaks not for rent if water temp. is below 65F. Come relax and enjoy time on the lake at Wet Feet Retreat. Private swim dock and boat ramp. Fantastic Big Niangua location with quick access to everything. Swim in the lake directly from shore or off the dock. Great windows for lake viewing and lots of seating at table and large island. Enjoy evening fires around the firepit. Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax upon. Paved roads all the way to the front door. Ha-Ha-Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave and city park just a stones throw away.

Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe & lilly pad for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.

This cozy one-bedroom charmer, part of a lake front 4-plex built in 1959 will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay. You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
