Wonderful house in Auburn! As described, clean, functional, nicely appointed. Levi has done a beautiful job renovating this charming house & making it into a great & modern AirBNB. Comfortable beds. Very good for families. Host communicates well & very welcoming.

Place was very comfortable. It had all cooking supplies to prepare meals. Surprise gift card waiting for us. Will definitely stay again in the area.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall a very nice place to stay. The home was nice and accommodated our family well. Inside of home was comfortable, clean and met all of our needs. Pros: plenty of beds, toiletries included, large kitchen with everything labeled so easy to use, great location and very responsive host. Even allowed for an extra night stay without hesitation. Would definitely stay again. Cons: exterior of home could use a bit of clean up. Although we did use the backyard pool and space, it is due for some maintenance and attention. Landscape was a bit overgrown, there were some cigarette ends lying around and one of our family members stepped on glass in a few areas. Space was still useable and as mentioned we would still return in future. Had some issues with garbage cans being full but the host was super responsive in helping troubleshoot. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to future guests. Suggestions: maybe add another large pan to kitchen and some board games to use. 😉

I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!

We had a beautiful stay over Father’s Day weekend at this adorable home! It was perfect for our family of four — cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. The space was even better than the photos, with charming touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate the weekend together. Highly recommend!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Zach’s spot, in for a few days for a wedding. The location is in a beautiful old part of Woodland and a few blocks from downtown. The home is well furnished and has everything you need. Zach was responsive and accommodating. thanks Zach

We had a nice stay in Sacramento, the size of the trees was amazing!

Absolutely beautiful, park-like setting. The home is cozy and clean. I am a plant girl who lives in the country so I felt right at home. The pool was sparkling and surrounded by citrus trees that smelled amazing. We had some rogue ants join the party in the kitchen the first night but Angie was quick to reply and had it handled immediately. We loved having a little oasis to escape to while visiting friends in Roseville. Will come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely lofted one-bedroom guest house! The space was very clean, and the bedroom was large with an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen was fantastic — fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The location is ideal, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood near the river and trails, which was perfect for outdoor activities. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky at first but easy to get used to. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for one or two people. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here. Mike was responsive and confirmed a late notice change to the reservation, which was appreciated. Nice and clean on arrival. There’s lots to do just around the house. Felt private even though it’s technically attached to the main home. Would recommend to others for sure.

Mila‘s guest house was the most charming home,it was the perfect size and had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the grounds, especially since we were there with our two corgis . The home is in a marvelous setting lots of walking around in privacy. I will be sure to recommend for visiting family and friends. Thank you , Dean and Valerie Ranns

Had a blast staying in this beautiful home! With lots to do and enough privacy & beds for 12+ after a long sunny day in the pool, a peaceful stroll in the lake or some competitive evenings in the game room! Overall loved the neighborhood and was very happy with the home. Can’t wait to go back!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

Spent a few days here during Christmas and there was plenty of room for our toddler to explore, even with it being too cold for the pool. The view was great - could see the snow on the mountains when it was clear. The kitchen was sufficient for small meals but it was not equipped for baking or cooking complex things. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

Our stay at Suz’s place was fantastic! We were visiting the area for my brother’s graduation and the location was top notch for us and for food/sightseeing. Her place is so close to Old Folsom which was great for shopping/food. It’s also really close to beautiful lake Natoma where we rented paddle boards and a kayak on one of the warmer days to try and beat the heat and explore the beautiful scenery from a different viewpoint. The Airbnb was spotless and the deck was perfect for sunsets and birdwatching. Suz was a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating host. Honestly couldn’t say enough about how wonderful our stay and experience in Folsom was thanks to Suz and her wonderful little piece of paradise. You can’t find another Airbnb in the Folsom area for the price, convenience, cleanliness, and location that Suz’s place offers. 11/10 would recommend this Airbnb!

It was a quiet place for my reactive dog. She felt safe and comfortable in the RV. As a dog reactive dog, it was easy to navigate the quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic location for downtown Folsom. easy parking and getting in and out. The unit was pristine with comfortable furniture and everything you need in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable with spotless linens. The bathroom shower had the waterfall shower and was beautiful. Will definitely consider this for my next visit. Convenient for the area.

We had the most wonderful girls weekend at this Airbnb! Everyone was blown away but how gorgeous the home and grounds were. Really nothing bad to say about this place, it’s perfect for a large group! The home is spacious and cozy and the outside has room for so many activities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for our needs! It was hard to leave this magical place, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful home located close to downtown Folsom. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’d slept in for an Airbnb. It’s separated from the main home by a fence so it’s totally private. The backyard was so beautiful, I only wish they had added some patio furniture to sit outside!
