House holiday rentals in Lake Montauk

This was the perfect spot for what we were looking for as my son graduated from Conn College. The host was very responsive to my questions and flexible with check in times which we needed. House was exactly what was described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!

Marta could not have been more accommodating! She was responsive and provided everything we needed. She even went the extra mile and insta cart-ed garbage bags and paper towels when we ran out. She could not have been a kinder host! We had the best weekend and would HIGHLY recommend staying at Marta’s place! We will definitely be back!

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Our hosts were amazing. They responded quickly. They were very welcoming to us and provided easy-to-follow instructions. The location was great and the house was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! I was traveling to Amagansett for work and stumbled upon Elise's place. Elise was super responsive (even though she was across the other side of the world), very accommodating and ensure my check-in and check-out was seamless. Highly reccomend. Note it is in a very quiet / remote part of Amagansett but only 5-10 min drive to shops, etc.

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

The cottage is cozy and well-appointed, nestled in a bamboo grove with a view of the sea from the front porch. Just what we needed for a weekend away from the city. Ron was super responsive when we had questions about the heaters. Easy to find and close to town. Overall a great stay.

We had a great stay in this lovely home. It was cute, clean and included everything we needed…plus some extras like a bottle of chilled rose upon arrival! I highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, stylish place to enjoy some time on Montauk.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

Wonderful stay in Montauk. Family of 5 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It takes 15 mins to walk to the grocery, or only 10 mins the beach and-or a few minutes more only to walk to the town center. The house has a Big smart TV. The backyard is enclosed and safe for children. The yard has a beautiful pergola and outdoor shower (perfect for sandy feet) . The finishes in the house are high quality. There are nice vintage art pieces. The house has both AC and ceiling fans working perfectly. The kitchen had a few missing things that we have communicated to the owner so they probably will be added for the next guests

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

Michael's Montauk retreat truly lives up to its name - it's the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of downtown Montauk, yet situated on a peaceful and quiet street. The property was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It comfortably accommodated myself, my partner, and our small dog, and offered plenty of cozy spots to relax and unwind. The family rooms were equipped with great screens for movie nights, and the spacious porch provided ocean views where we could chat and soak up the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend Michael's Perfect Montauk retreat to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in a prime location.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

Wonderful stay! Planned a trip for my wife’s birthday here. It was a beautiful and relaxing neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and a delicious food truck (ditch witch) and minutes away from town for some breakfast and shopping. The hosts did a wonderful job on this house. It’s beachy, homey, inviting and perfectly stocked with everything you would need - dishes, utensils, condiments, linens, towels, etc. They even have two bikes that you can use for a bike ride around the neighborhood. Wonderful stay 10/10!!!! Would also be a wonderful stay with children. The house is safe, kid proof and they had games, kids toys and a lawn to play on.

Our family of four just had a very nice stay. The house is located in a pretty part of the Springs near Louse point. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside on the patio. And when we were too lazy to make food there are a lot of convenient options nearby in Amagansett or the Springs.

Went with a bunch of my girlfriends and had such an amazing time! Lisa's home was amazing and we all felt right at home! So happy that it was a common ground where my girlfriends and I were able to gather around and create unforgettable memories.

This house was even better than I expected ! The pool was big. Perfect for a weekend with friends/family. Peaceful. House was well equipped with everything that we needed. Clean. Fast WiFi. Close to Sisi restaurant which is stunning. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it! A++
