My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Ian's. The self-contained unit had everything we needed for our stay, and is in a peaceful neighbourhood, with good public transport connections to explore Perth. Very helpful couple, and lovely dog. Highly recommended and we will be staying again.

Wonderful BnB! The view in the morning is something I will miss, the lake is perfect for a run or a stroll. close to station, town, shops, cafes and bars! Idealistic for a couple just landing in Oz and wanting to explore. Host was amazing and super helpful! 😊 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent place to stay! The flat is private, new, clean, and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable 8-night-stay. The location is ideal - quiet yet conveniently close to everything - public transport, cafes, restaurants, a 24/7 grocery store. I also loved having a stroll to nearby parks and lakes. Ness is a great host - responsive, attentive, and thoughtful in checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. She provided clear instructions both through messages and notes in the flat. I would love to stay again when I am back to Perth.
