I cannot recommend this stay more highly. The house is simply beautiful . Inside the beds are luxurious and the decor is a gorgeous example of high end kiwiana home crafts . It is warm on cold evenings but opens to expansive decks in the day . It has everything you could want. The position is second to none. Only a 5 min drive to Hokitika but you feel removed from everyone. A short 2 min walk to a desolate driftwood beach and the best stargazing at night . We loved it .

The greenery is the most stunning space, when I say dream home, I mean it - it's perfect.. just the right size, private, quiet, stunning surrounds. Wonderfully equipped with a full kitchen, laundry and massive walk-in wardrobe (seriously great for long stays) seriously, stay here.

Really lovely place to stay. We enjoyed how tranquil it was out in the country, and we even got a clear night to see the amazing stars! We didn't use the fireplace as there wasn't a fire guard and we had our one year old with us who likes to run head first into everything, but the beds were super warm and thankfully it didn't get too cold during our stay. Definitely planning on coming back again soon :)
