Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards ,20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

We have created a fabulous private studio retreat on our 150 acre farm for 2 people wanting that private secluded getaway, bubbas stay free also a tiny house trained doggo would be welcomed. You can’t leave the dog alone at any time if you go out it must go with you. It is a magical space with a hot tub just outside the door for your personal use watching the sunset with a bottle of bubbles that we supply you may see a Kangaroo or two or even a wombat.
