Could not rate our stay highly enough! The property itself is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need - it truely feels like a home. We loved walking around the property to see the cows and horses, and the location/its surroundings is so beautiful. Loved every second!

The villa was absolutely stunning, and comfortable to stay at. The place was very clean, cozy and felt right at home. Jaymie is great, assisting us in our needs and very attentive. Definitely a place I can recommend to family and friends, would stay again 10/10

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

What a great place to spend a couple of nights! Spa and sauna were fantastic, the grounds were beautiful and perfectly manicured with spectacular views. One small thing that is nice to have is a dishwasher, unfortunately no dishwasher so needed to wash up. (First world problem) Apart from that excellent, would go back again. 👌

We had an incredible stay ! The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and stunning views. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Owners were very polite and kept in touch if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway – we’ll definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this waterfront accommodation! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the breathtaking views. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying our morning coffee with a panoramic view of the water was pure bliss. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the private balcony with the BBQ at sunset.

This spacious family-friendly location was more than enough for us to enjoy a get-away to the Hunter Valley region. Thank you, George

Fantastic getaway place and really peaceful site. The house is extremely well insulated so it was quite pleasant without turning the heater on in the evening whilst it was cold outside. Check in was easy and close to the Hunter Valley Gardens and Wildlife park, plenty to do in surrounding areas.

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. A great spot to relax and unwind—highly recommend!

This was a last minute find for us but it was just amazing. There were 3 ensuites and 1 main bathroom which made the stay for 4 of us couples with kids amazing. The living space was huge with a very comfortable couch, I only wish the TV was a bit bigger. The outdoor areas are well equipped with sufficient seating and spots to relax and enjoy. The house was clean however had a few cobwebs underneath dining chairs and some really big spiders roaming about but other than that it was spotless.

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

Nice apartment on the vineyard. Well equipped with beautiful views from the deck. Lovely swimming pool and bonus complimentary wine and olive tasting! You can also walk between 2 other wineries and there are other good ones 5 min drive plus a dairy farm! Nice to stay in a new part of the hunter away from the heavily touristy vineyards.

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.

This was our 2nd stay here, we love it. Fits our family, great pools and tennis court.

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheila's villa, which was spotlessly clean and had very comfortable beds. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a weekend stay. The villa was relatively private as it was one of the higher villas on the hillside, the location is pretty hard to beat overall.
