The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Feel right at home when you walk in the door. This light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse has a spacious kitchen, sunny courtyard and off-street parking. Centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)
