It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal, washer/dryer and 2.5 bathrooms SmartTV can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Bring your fishing rods, boat, jet skis, floats & water toys to enjoy off the dock in our quiet cove! In the morning, enjoy your coffee relaxing on the patio while you listen to the sounds of the lake coming to life. Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

The Bowers House Creative Retreat and Inn

The Bowers House is an historic 100 year old family home place and creative retreat and vacation place in a 1920s village located 20 minutes from Clemson and Athens, and about 90 minutes from Atlanta. The home accommodates up to 12 with shared accommodations (6BR/3BA). Rental periods are from two days to one month. Guests who would like to rent the entire home allow us to continue to provide resident artist retreats with a place to create and share their work. 6BR/3BA

Private Second Floor with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

My place is close to the stadium and C. U., in an upscale neighborhood. I am renting the entire second floor, which consists of three bedrooms. (I also have an apartment for rent in the same house).The purple bedroom has its own private bathroom. The blue and ten bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with a separate toilet room. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the tan room has an extra sleeping twin size mattress to accommodate a seventh person.

Our home would be the perfect stay to watch the Tigers Play! We are just 5 miles from Death Valley! You can take a stroll to Pendleton square; it is 1 mile away! There you will find some delicious restaurants, cute shops and a fun atmosphere. Our home is great for elementary kids! We have a pool that is fenced in, a separate yard with a swing set, obstacle course, and toys for their entertainment! We look forward to hosting you at our home!
