Beautiful bright and airy loft upstairs (with good heating) lovely bathroom and basic kitchen downstairs (but a bit cold in winter). Parking was easy in nearby streets and the location is very close to the waterfront, town centre and various cafes in East Geelong. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure.

Great location and only minutes walk to shops, cafes and amenities like the park which hosts various markets and events. Loved the private shady covered courtyard which worked well on hot and rainy days and unit had everything you would need for a family break. Beach was a pleasant 15 min stroll or 2 min drive which is good with kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sebtus House. Bradley was very responsive, helpful, and respectful of privacy when we needed to do the gardens. The house is perfectly located near the shopping centre and only a short walk or drive to the beach area. We didn't have pets with us this time, but if we had, it would have been absolutely perfect! Thanks, Bradley, for making our stay enjoyable.
