Monthly Rentals in Lake Buckhorn

It was very cozy and inviting. Very well stocked. Nice comfy bed. Very peaceful area. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

My wife and I stayed here while riding the Ohio to Erie Trail. It's a mobile home - a very well-appointed, comfortable and clean one. Host Mabel was wonderful. It's about 1.7 off the trail outside of Holmesville, so you either have to stop in town for provisions, or ride back in after checking in. On the whole, this is a great value in an area along the Trail where lodging is sparse.

This was the second time we have stayed at "The Little Blue House". We enjoyed it even more because we knew where everything was and where we wanted to put our things. It's very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. Not to mention the beach decor is wonderful. This visit we had a chance to sit and relax on the front porch and also take a walk around the lovely back yard. It is a very welcoming and cozy place to come back to after a long drive or day.

Thomas and Irene were wonderful hosts, and their place was perfect for our stay! Their description of the place was very helpful and thorough and they were very responsive and friendly. We were able to bring our own food to keep in the fridge and freezer since there aren’t restaurants or grocery stores close to town. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked - and the water pressure in the shower was excellent! The drive was beautiful country roads and the space had a rustic cabin-like feel. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!
