This modernized home offers plenty of kitchen space, a brand new bathroom with rain shower head, new king size bed, as well as a pull out sofa bed & dark out shades offering plenty of privacy. Cuddle up & relax by the indoor fireplace after a days worth of adventure in northern Michigan.

This cottage is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. The Twig is a tiny, comfortable 480-square foot cottage on an artist's property on Lake Bellaire. Living room/kitchen down, bedroom/bath up. Sofa bed in living room. Very private and an easy 5-minute walk to the lake. The cottage, again, is tiny, and best suited for a single person, a couple, or a couple with children. Two couples might find it awkward. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for $15. There is a two-night minimum stay.

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
