This modernized home offers plenty of kitchen space, a brand new bathroom with rain shower head, new king size bed, as well as a pull out sofa bed & dark out shades offering plenty of privacy. Cuddle up & relax by the indoor fireplace after a days worth of adventure in northern Michigan.

This house is located outside Alden. It sits on 35 acres and is 1/4 of a mile from the road. The location is rural, secluded and quiet. There is ample parking for boats and recreational vehicles. The view from the deck is spectacular, you can see out over 10 miles. It's private and has a wide wraparound deck, with a covered area at the front. It's perfect for grilling, relaxing and watching the sky after a day out. The kitchen is open and provides a lot of space for food preparation.

Cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow w/loft near Schuss Mountain, Torch Lake & and Bellaire, MI. We are a short walk to the Cedar River. It's inspired by Scandinavia and the Danish concept of Hygge (roughly translates to Cozy) and sits on a private wooded lot. This is a place to cook, grill, relax, be cozy, explore, play games, read, take day trips, make memories and be inspired by all Northern Michigan has to offer. Hygge is about living in the moment and enjoying life's simple pleasures.

It’s a perfect place if you want quiet, solitude, and a private place to roam through the 33 acres of open sky, rolling hills, an antique apple orchard, and whispering pines. 2 miles to downtown Bellaire, 50 minutes to Traverse City or Gaylord. Adjacent to the Glacial Hills biking and hiking trails.

Lakefront Torch Cottage: Fun in all seasons!

You will love Sunset Sanctuary, located on 100 feet of frontage on beautiful Torch Lake. New kitchen and dock! Enjoy the sunset views grilling in front of the fire pit. Bring your boat or rent one from the local marina and tie it to the buoy in front of the cottage. Dock removed on November 4, 2023. This is not a party house. We strictly enforce guest limits and quiet hours. Please find another property if your ideal trip is not one of quiet and relaxation. Thank you!

Please make note of the spiral staircase as it is steep. It’s located in a private corner of our property with its own drive so you will feel completely on your own. It’s located about 7 miles from Bellaire and Shorts brewery as well as torch lake. It’s about 45 minutes from traverse city, Charlevoix and Petoskey.
