Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Allatoona

Great place to stay! Kristen was very helpful with instructions and the place was clean! Only minor issue was the thermostat has a lower limit so it got a little warm so bring a fan. Overall it's a great place to get away! Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for a family getaway. It had everything that we needed especially the long dinner table. Probably the nicest abnb we have stayed at and the hosts were great, very responsive.

Rene’s place was great! It was spacious, the beds were so comfortable and the house was beautiful and well appointed. If I had to mention one ‘complaint’ it would be the wood floors in the hall are creaky. We had kids statin with us and on e they were awake everyone was awake! But the house was fantastic in every way.

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

What an amazing home on the lakefront! Gorgeous views of the lake with multiple places to gather outside and take it all in. Besides spending time on the dock, we spent most of our time in the screened in "4 seasons" room enjoying coffee in the morning, meals throughout the day, cocktails at sunset, and playing games. Everything about our stay was a 5 star experience from the time we checked in until we left. Katie left clear instructions on how to check in along with some recommendations for the area. She was quick in resonding to inquiries and made us feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The ping pong table was a hit along with the kayaks on the dock. All were used frequently. It was an idyllic location and the perfect family getaway for our long weekend at the lake!

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Danielle was a great host, quick to response and very helpful. Her place was lovely and she provided plenty of towels, dishes, and even extra blankets. We really enjoyed the downtown area, quiet area, numerous parks all within walking distance. This area of Acworth has tons of extra parking areas as well. We would rent again if ever the need.

My stay at Gregory’s Airbnb was phenomenal! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Gregory was an outstanding host — responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

Felt at home and not worried about anything. Everything that we needed was avaible and place was very clean. Felt very spacious given the space and even provided some toiletries as well.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

A great location for relaxation and privacy. The view from the front porch is a lovely. I highly recommend for a weekend get away.

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!

LaShonda's place was a perfect place to stay for a concert at Mercedes-Benz stadium. Instructions were very clear for parking and checking in at the front desk and getting key for the apartment. Parking has to be paid, but to be honest it was really a good deal and I've parked a lot in Atlanta. Checking in with front desk we had slight hiccup with them not having our info yet. But a quick call to LaShonda and her resending the info cleared it all up and was only a very small delay. The apartment was just as described and was perfect for us. Would stay here again.
