Vaibhav was such a great host! From the time we booked till we checked out, he was very helpful. The location is perfect as well and very easily located for deliveries and major markets. I highly recommend this place if you want quiet private space with friends or family . Will definitely stay here in my next visit as well.

It was as per shown in the pictures. The roof top house was just nice to spent the night on the top, away from the noise of the city .

Whilst Aashwin’s place is more pricey than others the location is very good and standards were where you’d expect anywhere globally. Very polite and responsive and the extra thoughtful touches in terms of snacks provided were a nice touch. Agree with some other reviews that bathrooms could do with some TLC (kitchen cabinets too) but comparative to others in Delhi it’s not out of keeping but was clean (not all of Delhi is). A slightly interesting entrance and no lift made it tricky with baggage but once inside felt safe and was relaxing, comfortable and peaceful. Good for a new visitor to Delhi anting to be near restaurants and Deer Park but also good for frequent travelling /someone needing to be in the south Delhi area.

Had a decent stay

The room was on the smaller side, but it was very neat, clean, and maintained to a good hygiene standard. All major tourist attractions were located nearby, which made sightseeing extremely convenient. The metro station was also easily accessible, just around 2 km away. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Ramesh who were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. His dedication to guest comfort truly stood out during my stay. I would recommend it for travelers looking for a clean and conveniently located place to stay.

My go-to place to stay in Delhi. Can see only green by the large windows, and its super spacious for the price. Sagar is super responsive and has made it very very cozy to stay in. Interiors are very well done and the maid is very regular to help keep it speck clean. And there’s a great Fitpass gym less than 5 min walk away. Just a couple of things: it can get a little warm near the windows on hot days since AC is in the room, and there’s no microwave. But the kitchen is awesomely equipped otherwise and the large fridge and gas stove are a blessing.

At first, we were unsure whether to book or not let’s be honest, photos online can be deceiving. But this place? It exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that was exactly as shown clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The quiet surroundings, the feeling of safety, and the overall comfort made it a true escape from the chaos of daily life. Every little detail was thoughtfully provided, making our stay incredibly convenient and peaceful. A big shoutout to our amazing host Keshav and the ever-helpful caretaker bhaiya — both of them ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable getaway, this place is a 10/10. Don’t think twice just book it. You won’t regret it!

Amazing hassle free and soothing stayy … loved the stay

Pros: Such a beautiful apartment in a peaceful, green neighborhood—but still close to everything. The interiors and exteriors have a lovely artistic, ethnic vibe, and honestly, the place looks even better in person than in the photos. Would definitely book again! Cons: Water pressure in the bathroom could be better, and the living room would really benefit from a comfy sofa or lounger to relax on.

It offered a level of comfort that truly exceeded that of most hotels and genuinely felt like a home away from home. To top it off, the location is a gem—right in the heart of the city with great accessibility to everything you might need. This has easily been my best Airbnb experience so far. So glad I discovered this place!

Narender ji has informed us earlier about the non availability of AC which made us be prepared for it. The home looked like it was in the pictures. It is close to the metro station so it's easy to commute and most of the local stores are in walkable distance and the area is decent. Now the AC has been fixed so it will be much more valuable stay for me next time when I visit Delhi. Thank you for hosting us Narender ji.

The host Syam is friendly and proactive. He helped me in suggesting places to go around. My visit was short however, it was memorable. The place is easy to reach and accessible to all the delivery applications. Even getting a cab was easy. Had a great stay.
