Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Nico et Yoh vous propose un logement entier et indépendant de type Tiny House, à 1h de Paris, 10min Sens 45min Troyes et Auxerre. Dans un écrin de verdure proche étangs de pêche. Coin cuisine salon, SDE, toilettes sèches indépendante, chambre ( lit 140) mansardée à l'étage. Possibilités de petits déj (8€/pers) et/ou repas le soir (25€/pers) sur demande à régler sur place. loc de 1 nuit/semaine/mois. Nous avons 1 chienne qui peut être impressionnante mais sociable.
