We had a great time, the house and environment made our stay enjoyable. We were able to rest and visit different places. The house is well located, there are shops nearby as well as water activities within walking distance.

the rental was in accordance with the descriptions of the listing. a house without neighbours opposite with a fully enclosed plot (very appreciable with our dog). Many trails through the woods 100m away. Access to the beaches is via very quiet paths and alleys. Really pleasant stay in a functional, clean house, the owner of which is present and responsive. we are already thinking about coming back.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas', house very well located close to shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not big but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very nice. The garage is also practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bikes and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thanks to Nicolas for his kind intentions and responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

We had a pleasant stay in Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on holiday.

Great stay in a well furnished house ,spotlessly clean ,fully kitted kitchen with all you need for preparation of meals ,bedrooms well equipped ,off road parking in quiet neighbourhood good size garden with seating and getting the sunshine all day (June ) good wifi and nice Tv Dog Friendly 15 minutes drive to some fantastic beaches around La Tranche sur Mer which are also happy to have a dog on the beach , Les Sables d’Olonne well worthy of a visit ,10 minutes drive to a big SuperU supermarket Brice is definitely a SuperHost very proactive and responsive Would highly recommend

A house with everything you need for our stay of a few days: welcoming inside, pleasant in the garden-terrace, well-equipped and super well located. The beach is 2 steps away and the shopping area too. Excellent exchanges with both Sophie, the owner, and Sophia, the co-host. An Airbnb as we like them, with a soul.

Very clean accommodation, good bedding. Very nice terrace and access to the pool. I recommend it.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We had a great stay in La Couarde sur Mer. Everything we needed was provided and the accommodation was easy to get to and check in to. The space was clean and tidy and shared pool was great too. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was well located, comfortable and well equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes' walk from the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is quite deep (2.20m) so great for swimming a bit. We recommend this family accommodation

We had a great family vacation at Nathalie's place. Very reachable and responsive when we had questions beforehand, very good hosting with small gifts. Really great! Really ideal location with respect to the sea. I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

A great weekend spent in this apartment facing the channel of Les Sables, magnificent view. The accommodation is very nice and clean. In line with the photos. We recommend!

We had a great time. The apartment is as described. It is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Loix and shops. Areas for improvement: sofa (quality and presence of hair and/or cat hair).

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with smooth and attentive communication beforehand and very clear directions. When we arrived, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the Île de Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base to discover the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!
