Holiday rentals with a patio in Laigueglia

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ist alles perfekt gelaufen . Wir sind statt zu 2 zu 3 angereist und es war kein Problem. Die Schlafmöglichkeit wurde direkt zur Verfügung gestellt . Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber der uns gut beraten hat .

This is a lovely apartment well positioned facing the sea in Loano. It’s big enough that staying for a week or more is not claustrophobic, and the living room is great for a family to sit and chat. The balcony is small, but it has enough space to catch the sun and sit and watch the world pass by. We were there when there was Loano fireworks , and the view was perfect. The bedrooms are at the back of the house away from the street, so street noise wasn’t a problem. We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay, Giuseppina offered to find us alternative arrangements, but as it’s a single flight of stairs we managed and appreciated her willingness to help.

L'alloggio di Paola è ciò che cercavamo, perfetto per noi e il nostro cane,superiore ad ogni aspettativa. La vista mare e montagna è incantevole, abbiamo fatto colazione e aperitivi/cena sul terrazzo spazioso, ben attrezzato sia per mangiare che per prendere il sole, intorno una varietà di piante meravigliosa. L'appartamento è sufficientemente spazioso e gli spazi ben divisi che permettono di godere di tutta la tranquillità del luogo. Abbiamo gradito in particolar modo la comodità del letto e dei cuscini, i prodotti da bagno eccellenti (docciaschiuma, shampoo e balsamo), la presenza di una lavatrice e di tutto ciò che serve per stendere e per trascorrere tempi più lunghi qui, la cucina ben attrezzata, la grande offerta di generi alimentari per la colazione. A disposizione coperte in piu,un asse da stiro e i tappeti per lo yoga! Abbiamo cenato e pranzato nel ristorantino raggiungibile a piedi consigliato da Paola,super. I sentieri per le gite a piedi subito fuori casa. Torneremo!

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Wir haben uns schnell eingelebt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und bietet viel. Wenn man etwas braucht, ist Cristina gut zu erreichen und sie kümmert sich direkt darum. Die Unterkunft ist also sehr zu empfehlen.

Location splendida! Posizione e vista valgono il viaggio! Appartamento molto comodo per la nostra famiglia (6 adulti e una bimba!). Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti! Grazie di cuore per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Silvia's place is a lovely apartment nicely furnished in an old Italian palazzo. You get even a sea view from the master bed room and from the table in the living room/kitchen, just great! We spend a nice week exploring the area. The place is really beautiful and offers all you need. The check-in was easy and communication was fast.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Nous avons mon mari et moi-même passé un excellent séjour, le logement est très agréable et calme, et nous avons apprécié la petite attention. Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir.

Wir hatten das grsse Glück, eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus zu verbringen. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir begeistert – Luisa und Felix haben bei der Renovierung wirklich keine Mühen gescheut, und man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail. Die hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps, die wir vorab erhalten haben, waren eine perfekte Ergänzung und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wer Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Frieden sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Umgebung, und das Meer ist in nur 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein weiteres Highlight in der Nähe ist ein charmantes italienisches Restaurant mit einem kleinen Laden, in dem es nicht nur köstliche lokale Produkte, sondern auch den besten Ziegenkäse gibt. Rundum ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen!

La Bancarella is a beautiful home away from home, located in the hills, only a short drive from the city. It offers quiet and solitude, with a view of the ocean from the covered patio. The home is spotless, and Franco and Ludmilla are warm and accommodating hosts. Highly recommended!!

Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo splendido appartamento. Pulitissimo, comodo per le piste da sci e per il paese. Host reattivo, disponibile e cordiale. Casa con ogni comfort. Molto gradito il regalo di benvenuto. Consiglio vivamente!

Appartement bien décoré, à deux pas de la mer et proche du centre de Diano Marina. Bien équipé. Explications claires et communication facile. Je recommande.

Accueil très chaleureux de Paola et excellente communication avec elle. Pour l arrivée, elle vient même nous récupérer à l emplacement du stationnement pour nous aider avec les bagages. C est une très belle maison familiale avec un joli jardin ! Taggia est accessible à pied depuis la maison. A visiter impérativement : Le couvent dominicain.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Thanks for everything!
