There are apple and plum trees in the private, peaceful courtyard. A 6/7 floor studio in the city center. All services downstairs in the Syke Shopping Center, access by elevator inside. The apartment has a sauna and a large balcony overlooking the city center. Large double bed and sofa bed (140 cm). AIR CONDITIONING in the summer heat. Downstairs there is a large garage (B5 space) with two hours of free parking (2h). Longer rental with the Moovy app (24 hours about 20€). Close to the apartment, within walking distance, are the Theater, the Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the Sibelius House.

Private parking space in a warm garage, accessible by elevator. A quiet house and a good playground in the courtyard of the house.
