A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee the garden invites you with seating, which borders directly on the forest. Even from the large shower, you can sometimes observe a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

In der unteren Etage des Gebäudes befindet sich unser kleines Hofcafé, das nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist. Von dort geht es über eine Treppe zum Loft. Die Wohnebene ist ca. 65qm groß, eine offene Schlafebene ist über eine weitere Treppe zu erreichen!

Welcome to our apartment "Gebrüder Weintraut" in Marburgs oldest street (Weidenhäuser street). As a former leather goods store of our ancestors - the Weintraut gift shop family - we now welcome you to the newly furnished ground floor apartment of this historic house from 1530. The poet Dietrich Weintraut, known beyond the city's borders, already lived here in the 19th century.
