On a total of approx. 70 square meters, it offers a large living room with dining area and TV, a large bedroom with TV as well as a second bedroom, kitchen and bathroom/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with the usual household appliances (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery). In the garden, there is a sunny terrace.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.
