A beautiful semidetached traditional stone cottage

GerritRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Everything about our stay in Liz’s lovely cottage in Cahilly was absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean, a very comfortable bed, two great sofas flanking a cozy woodburning stove, two lovely bathrooms with fine amenities, kitchen with fine cookware and cooking implements, quality knives, and treats in the fridge and cupboard. We felt completely at home in this thoughtfully appointed, homey space, which extends outside to the garden in the back - a riot of floral color - and the front, where we enjoyed the views over fields to the water. Both have comfortable seating. All aspects of this home reflect quality and care. Liz is engaging, accommodating, friendly, and helpful, a delightful and charming host. The cottage is situated such that we were in quiet countryside, while mere moments from town and seashore. Beautiful walks and bike rides right out the door, perfect to come ‘home’ to at the end of the day. We’re already planning our return. Thanks for everything, Liz.

Sea-Renity Cottage on The Cliff

Our stay at Jean’s Airbnb was truly unforgettable, filled with warmth and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and the serene beauty of the surroundings. The property was a peaceful haven, offering the perfect escape from the daily grind. What truly made our stay special were the thoughtful touches, like the lovely bottle of wine, wheaten bread and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival, and the ample supply of wood for the the outdoor firepit. Jean's excellent communication made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we wholeheartedly recommend Jean’s Airbnb.

Cabin by the Cliffs of Moher

We cannot recommend this enough! idyllic location close to Lahinch. excellent views, and the place was quiet and spotlessly clean. Milo the dog is a very good boy also and was so patient with my grumpy bitch Malibu. Excellent value for money, will hopefully be back in the future! the host is so helpful and there was a lovely little welcome book with recommendations for the local area. Thank you so much Vanessa 😊

This is my 4th time at Michaels. I love staying there for various reasons. a parking spot is assigned to the apt. There is a washer and dryer. It is clean. There is a SPAR right across the street. Pubs and restaurants galore. I will return.

Cregg Beach

We can't begin to tell you how magical this place is💚 For starters, oh my word - THE VIEWS!!! We had no clue they would be that insanely beautiful - rolling green mountains nestling a mansion (which a local told us used to host famous people like Brad Pitt😄), cliffs, beach & ocean with breathtaking sunsets... The home itself is STUNNING, truly. It feels brand new! Charming & modern with such peaceful decor. Super clean, stocked & natural light galore, you feel like you've landed in the lap of luxury! Get ready for ultra relaxation and plan a day just to hang out there, it is that nice. Very convenient for grabbing dinner in Lahinch, groceries at Aldi or making day trips ☘️You ABSOLUTELY MUST visit The Flying Alpaca to walk Fred + see Kilkee Cliffs/Loophead Lighthouse! The spectacular island of Inis Oirr (15min ride on Doolin Ferry) is another must do + afternoon tea at Adare Manor☘️ If you are considering booking this home - DO IT NOW !!!! You'll be so thankful you did, we promise😊

Goilin Cottage Self Catering Cottage Lahinch

Senan and Emily went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for our stay and even checked in with us to make sure me snd the kids were OK. They were so friendly and kind it really made our stay. We loved that the house is basically on a farm so the kids loved the cows, horses and chickens on the doorstep. The walk to the beach is lovely, not a beach to swim at but beautiful all the same. Town is a short drive and so much fun!
