I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described — if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, including thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — close to but still quiet and peaceful. I especially loved The host was also exceptional — very responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Victor's place was paradise. The apartment was exactly what was published. Comfortable, clean and very pleasant. Walking distance from the beach, the pool, casino, restaurants, golf range, bowling alley and go carts. Much more than we expected. Victor was an outstanding host, quick to respond to any concerns and answered our texts or calls immediately. We will definitely return, and without hesitation recommend his property. We had a group of 11 looking for a place to stay close enough to the airport and cruise terminal. We came into SJU 2 days early and wanted to check out PR. It was CRAZY that we all came at different times, but Ricky and Carlos were phenomenal at getting us from the airport to the Villa. So very patient with our staggered schedules!!! Then, Carlos took us on a 10 hour fun filled trip around San Juan to El Yonque, the waterslides, Ron de Barrelito and other local attractions. We felt like VIPs with all the locations we saw and the personalization Ricky and Carlos showed us!!!! I am a travel advisor, and would HIGHLY recommend this group. The Villa was crisp and clean with lots of NEW items in it. My particular party of 6 came in at 1130pm and when we got to the Villa we saw there was a brand new coffee machine, but no coffee, Carlos went and got us some PR local coffee. JUST OUTSTANDING Hospitality and care were shown the entire stay!! I just can't say enough good stuff.

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The house was great! House was clean, ac worked (very needed) and had things to use for the beach (cooler, towels). Had a little trouble with the entrance instructions but it was 3am, it said gate 11 and should have been 12. But the house is as described and the owner is quick to respond and very polite. I overall had a great time and happy with this airbnb. Only issue was the neighbor on one side was a little loud when doing the nasty and woke me up one night but the kids said they didn’t hear anything so that’s a relief. And that’s not the owners of this airbnb’s fault. Just be aware of your noise level. Again very pleased with place and worth the price with pool, beach right in front, close to food places and Walgreens and Casino near as well. Thank you Suanette!

Central location, Puerto Rican style home with basic amenities if you’re not doing much at home, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. 10/10

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Awesome space. We booked the entire building for our large group and everyone felt it was spacious. Smooth checking 3-4mins walk to plenty restaurants. Ice cold AC and a very relaxing space in the back yard. With plenty of seating and still allows for privacy

If you happen to come across this link for your AirBNB search, BOOK IT! We traveled with a party of 9, and at no point did it feel like space was an issue. The location is SAFE (gated entry), clean, and has everything you need within walking or a short drive. Parking was a non-issue for multiple cars, and you have a brand new pickleball, basketball court, and a pool outside of your front door. The garage was equipped with all your beach needs with multiple chairs and coolers for your beach visit. The host Federico was equally amazing, as response time was a non-issue. We were having trouble with beach access cards upon arrival and he took care of that asap. There was so much to do from local beaches, to Calle A and all their restaurants, to enjoying what the grounds have to offer with their casino and gaming center. Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful place.

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Our group of nine had an amazing experience staying in Camila’s place. You can literally walk to the beach. It is a great location with lots of parking for our rental car. I also appreciated the gated community. The pool made a huge difference for us after long days of walking or beach it was nice to relax in the pool. I also loved all the restrooms available. It allowed us to have privacy and had enough showers to get ready all of us at a time. Overall it was a great experience for our group.

A beautiful gated community that made you feel at ease!! Our family members of 11 had ample space to gather around together or be off in their own space!! The outdoor space was perfect for your morning coffee by the pool or glass of wine before bed!! Ruben the house manger is outstanding!!!!!! He will great you and walk you through the property and depending on your type of stay will make excellent recommendations for any need!! Ruben also comes back and sees that your stay was satisfactory!! Definitely recommend staying here!! We had beautiful memories for our family wedding!!

I just have to say the stay was well worth it Leonel was an awesome hosts, very attentive to our needs, the place it’s self is even more beautiful than the pictures, it’s a super relaxing and quiet neighborhood, my favorite part was that pollo tropical the restaurant was a minute in walking distance, the beach is literally in walking distance as well, I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was well deserved!! (:

Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Rafael was a very responsive host. Had issues with dryer and was fixed right away. We didn’t see a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, or beach towels. Luckily we had mostly brought some from home. We had bought a lot of extra foods and drinks and left those in hopes that they use them instead of wasting them. I enjoyed this vacation so much, as did the others we were with. They are looking to come back soon! Rafael is very friendly and responsive whenever you need him. Great host! Great vacation!!

This was a family get together with 13 of us…we all loved the place. It was a gorgeous serene setting. We enjoyed the pool and the hammocks. We were able to do day trips and then return to a peaceful relaxing oasis.

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

This villa is absolutely amazing! It sits right across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The surroundings are beautiful! The restaurants, bowling, pool and casino are walking distance and so peaceful and full of the local wildlife. The home is perfect for 8 adults and 2 children to spend 11 days comfortably. There are 2 living rooms, an elevator and a rooftop patio with an outdoor grill and kitchenette. Each room has its own huge patio. Nestor was so helpful! His recommendations were spot on and easy to find. The house is stocked with everything you need, including towels, basketballs, tennis rackets, fishing poles and swimming gear. This place really is in the perfect location. I recommend this place no matter where you want to visit in Puerto Rico!

3rd time staying here and won’t be our last. Location is great, quiet beach, and clean house. We couldn’t ask for a better place.

The amenities were great. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and it was so convenient. Communication with the host made things much easier.
