Cozy 1 br/1 bth apartment. Semi-loft style with sofa bed in living room. Located in San Juan's trendy Condado Beach neighborhood. Building designed by acclaimed architect Henry Klumb, this apartment comes fully equipped and is walking distance to the beach, lagoon, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Condado is just 4 miles from the airport and Old San Juan. There's a large pool and bistro café. Paid parking is available right next door and there are two car rental spots less than a 5 min walk.

Best view in the area Only steps to the Condado Beach, Vanderbilt Hotel, Paseo Caribe, T-Mobile Center, plus plenty of shops and restaurants, walk everywhere. Ready for your vacation to start! Luxury pillow top beds in both rooms & everything you need for your stay. We have a lagoon directly behind us and have beach access across the street. In our building is VIP Adventures with tours, kayak, bike, and scooter rental and so much more. The building has evening security, electronic gate to enter & parking available for free 1st come 1st serve basis, or paid lots if ours is full. Our amenities include: WIFI, smart TV's, & downstairs coin wash/dry.

The apartment is located in Condado one of the hottest touristic area of Puerto Rico. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You can see and hear the waves breaking in the sand. In the lagoon you can paddle board, swim or kayak. You can walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. The apartment is only 6 miles (about 10 min ride) from the airport and about 1 mile from Old San Juan. The perfect location for your vacation!
