Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

The neighborhood will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation, nonetheless it will also make you feel like a local. The beach, considered the best in the area, is just steps away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.
