Holiday rentals with lake access in Laguna del Condado

Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Angélica. Tiene una ubicación muy céntrica y de fácil acceso. El vecindario es tranquilo y seguro. Vimos patrullaje de la policía. Es una casa muy cómoda y la descripción es tal cual se provee. Nuestro grupo de cuatro se acomodó muy bien. Dos cuartos poseen aire acondicionado y el cuarto con la cama twin tiene un abanico de techo. El área común de la sala también tiene aire acondicionado. Todo estaba limpio. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. Nos quedamos una sola noche y la pasamos muy bien. La comunicación con Angélica fue excelente y ella nos acomodó muy bien según nuestras necesidades. Excelente lugar a buen precio.

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

The booking was last minute for our girls trip after our previous location fell through. This was a jewel of a find and we were very pleased. The communication was quick. The house was comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful enough to walk the neighborhood. The pool was fun and relaxing and a great way to unwind.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Just as pictured! The location is close to most tourist attractions, and Ubers were extremely cheap. I’d definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. The view is stunning in a very quiet neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures. It’s a short walking distant to the beach amongst other restaurants. The building is okay, but with my hubby we felt safe. The only two things we didn’t like was the lack of A/C in the bathroom. We had to turn the A/C on super low to get the air to flow to the bedroom ( which worked) The other thing was that the room was small. When you walk through the door you immediately hit the bed. We had to have our luggage in the living room (where we got dressed) My husband is very tall and he’s not a small man. We made it work and we had a great time

Beautiful place to stay when coming to Puerto Rico! Had lots of restaurants around and places to go see. Great to sit on the patio and relax looking at the water. Jorge was great and very responsive. Even had kayaks that were able to be used. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a local place in San Juan. Def will be rebooking one day!

This apartment was in a great location for exploring San Juan. It was a quick drive or uber to Viejo San Juan and other local beaches. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space was neat and organized, it was great having a little outdoor space to air out after the beach and before dinner.

Alerianne’s place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. 10 mins uber to La Placita, 2 minute walk to so many stores and restaurants in Condado, 10 mins uber to Old San Juan, not to mention views of La Laguna. Only challenge I had was which key slot to use in the elevator. Great spot!! Thank you Alerianne.
