The house is very accessible to enter, the rooms, the living areas and the pool very parent. The living room is missing washing and the kitchen a little more cooking utensils. Everything else is great and Nancy's service is very good.

The house is nice in general and very clean. There are some things that already feel a little old and lack maintenance but everything works wonderfully. Julian answered my questions and Martha and Oscar who take care of the house were very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended for spending time with friends!

Excellent accommodation. Very clean, just like the photos. Flexible check in and check out time. The host is always attentive, very good communication. The pool is not heated nor is the jacuzzi, but the temperature is very pleasant and it is very enjoyable. Very nice view of the lake from the jacuzzi. I highly recommend it.

An excellent experience! Since our arrival, the staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. The listing exceeded our expectations - the photos perfectly matched what we found. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable, as well as having large closets ideal for organizing everything. The bathrooms were impeccable and the kitchen, very well equipped and tidy, had all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The pool was one of our favorite spots - spectacular, clean and well maintained. Definitely a place we would go back to without thinking about it. Highly recommended!

Excellent option to go with friends, the house is very spacious. They helped us solve situations we had, very attentive, they recommended several options for home services, we ordered pizza and it was delicious. The beds were clean and comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and a very good size.

The place is beautiful and the garden is very large. I loved the private beach to access the lake, in addition, the service of all the staff who work there is excellent, very reliable and efficient. We will definitely be back! 100% recommended

Very good rooms, everything very clean, the place is very quiet and the people were always in communication with me, I would just like it to have air conditioning since the heat at night is very heavy but above all it was a 10.

Thank you very much Hector for always being attentive during our stay in the apartment. We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Again, thank you very much Hector!

Cristian is an excellent host, extraordinary communication, always very attentive to my needs. The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.

I went as a family with my mom, dad and brother for just one night. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. The pool was at room temperature, but in this heat, it was really nice, it wasn't cold. Very comfortable beds, living room, kitchen. The apartment is small but has everything. We didn't use the Jacuzzi due to time constraints, but it looked clean and has an incredible view. We were on the terrace talking and having a very pleasant day. Aurora's recommendations were incredible, even to go and leave "errands" and not have to leave the Cluster. I recommend you put the location as "Residencial Club Nautico Teques", because if you put the other location it sends you somewhere else. We all ended up happy with this accommodation

The apartment is incredible, the subdivision has everything to have a good time, Diego is super attentive as always. We love it because you really feel at home, Diego has all the details so that you don't miss anything, inflatable balls, water guns, games, beds, everything super organized, cared for and clean. We have already returned and we will certainly continue to do so.
