The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The host provided our essential needs and leave some instructions before checking in. Great location—would definitely stay again!

Jannette was very accommodating and very helpful. She was able to give the directions on the location accurately and provided recommendations on local destinations to visit.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. Host is very attentive and accommodating. Caretakers are kind & friendly. They are only 1 text away whenever we needed something. Complete amenities. Will surely go back. 👍🏼

Place is beautiful and clean. Honestly a pretty good deal considering the view and the private pool. Beds were comfy, all appliances were functional, and caretakers were very kind and accommodating. The billiards table and the board games added a lot of fun to our stay too. Would recommend 100%.

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. Place was very peaceful and had all the items we needed for our stay. WiFi was strong enough considering the place did not have signal. The look of the house gives a very relaxing tropical vibe given the design of the rooms and especially the pool. I'm sure it's fun to stay here in the summer. But the best part of our stay for us are the helpful and generous staff and caretakers who made sure we had everything we need and accommodate all our requests. Book this place if you want a quick getaway from the city.

My family of and I had a really pleasant stay at Diana’s place. It’s true that the place is pristine and looks better than the photos ❤️ We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the caretaker Kuya Alex and team. Everything was smooth and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and spacious, AC units are new and pool water temperature was perfect. If there was one negative is that our stay was too short! I wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be back next time. 😁 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.
