Holiday rentals with breakfast in Laguna de Bay

we had a wonderful stay - the place was truly a respite from the hustle + bustle of manila. the house was well-maintained + we appreciated that supplies were provided for us to use. we experienced a brief power outage on our last night, but we understand it's beyond anyone's control overall, we're glad we booked this place for our Easter break. we got to slow down + appreciate nature. the generosity of the host + the caretaker was the icing on the cake. would definitely come back here if given the chance

Our experience at Balay Pahuwai was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the house staff wrapped us in warmth with their exceptional courtesy and genuine hospitality, making us feel right at home. The property itself is a breathtaking gem, surrounded by beautifully maintained greenery that truly enhances its charm. Every corner radiated cleanliness and care, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—every bite was a delightful treat that left us fully satisfied. Plus, communicating with our host was a breeze, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment without any stress. Overall, our stay was unforgettable!

Honestly obsessed with this place. The house is gorgeous and the floor plan is so well thought-out. Everything flows and just makes sense. It rained while we were there and the heated dipping pool was giving ✨main character energy✨—super cozy and perfect for relaxing. The common kitchen is complete and we loved that they had free drinking water, Netflix, and the essentials: coffee, tea, and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Major win. Now, the real star? Lisay, the caretaker. She's a whole vibe—funny, accommodating, and helpful! There’s even a beautiful tree where you can pick the most delicious Indian mangoes—an experience in itself! Bonus: tons of space for kids and dogs to run around, plus private parking that's actually spacious—so no parallel parking panic. But don't park close to the mango tree to avoid falling mangoes!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was easy to find and was clean. The host was very helpful with us needing to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

First, we love the clean, aesthetic and comfy ambience of the unit with complete amenities. Second, host is friendly and responsive. Third, the free breakfast is yummy and each serving size is just right for a solo meal. We are looking for a quiet and comfy space for a quick escape from busy city and we're glad to experience it in this unit. It is really worth the price, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again soon. ❤️

Love the place, it felt like we were staying in a hotel. We also love the fact that there are board games which we enjoyed playing. And There’s free netflix, disney+. I also love that there is a hot shower. I plan to make this my go to place whenever I will be watching a concert in Manila.

It's so hard to find a decent airbnb in Philippine provinces, so this place is a gem!! The host and caretakers were so kind. We also had a free breakfast included. Very happy overall considering the price as well. Will book again if we visit Lucena.

I had a wonderful stay at Candice’s place! From the very beginning, communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. They provided clear check-in instructions and were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the trip, which made everything feel smooth and welcoming. The space itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell the host really cares about their guests' experience, with nice touches like well thought interior and furniture, it felt like a home away from home, and the neighborhood was a great bonus—safe, quiet, and close to everything I needed. We had a wonderful stay at the Alpaca Lemon Penthouse! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family especially appreciated the spacious layout—it was perfect for relaxing after a day out in Manila. The location was also ideal, with plenty of dining options and attractions nearby. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to return on a future visit!

Beautiful and amazing views of Taal. Staff was lovely and very helpful l, I definitely recommend staying at this property especially for the view and for a nice escape from the digital world... Nice place to get a quick R&R. Food was good although a bit pricey. There's already a complimentary breakfast included in the booking. We had no issues other than finding the actual place. Tip: Search "Lotuspod" directly instead of using the Waze/Google Map link in booking. Otherwise you'll be routed into a private farm. Haha.

Camp Yambo made our quick weekend Wedding Anniversary a memorable and enjoyable one. The place is perfect if you want a stress-free environment. The staff, especially Ms. Obi ( if I spelled it right😅), is very accomodating. My daughter enjoyed the amenities,, especially the pool. What makes it worth trying it again is the food and drinks, especially their coffee☕ 😋. We'll definitely go back and recommend it to others who want to have accomodation near Yambo Lake.

The place is perfect for relaxation and peace and quiet away from the city. As in most reviews, Sir Jay is the star of the place so expect that he will take care of your needs. Love the merienda and home-made fruit juice. If anything, there's a bit of a limitation in terms of food choices due to the location but you can always avail of the in-house lunch or dinner (breakfast comes free) which is very tasty, healthy and served in big proportions. I also like the play room with a table tennis offering a great view of the landscape. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a memorable stay.
