Quiet cottage, among the vineyards, 10 minutes from the N10. A relaxation area with jacuzzi is available as an option (book 24 hours before)

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
