In summer, very good starting point for various hikes, bike and bike tours. Close to the Rhine. Great village shop, restaurant and large garden. In winter, you can reach five ski areas and countless opportunities for ski tours in about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiers have the trail right behind the house.

Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
