Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Baumberger Summer House

It is a peaceful place surrounded by a green garden (not visible), surrounded by nature, surrounded by birdsong, surrounded by night starry sky (there is no street lighting). A place where you can find peace and where you get the feeling that the world is perfectly fine. In the middle of the Baumberge region, nestled between the towns of Billerbeck, Havixbeck and Nottuln, lies our lovingly prepared private vacation home in the middle of the Holtmann vacation park.

The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

Our vacation home “Alte Mühle” is a former water mill. The mill house has three floors: On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge with freezer are provided. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace. On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed. In the attic there are two single beds and a spacious closet.

Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt im wunderschönen, idyllischen Stevertal am Rande der Baumberge. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ca. 300 Jahre alten Bauernhof. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren ins schöne Münsterland.
