Simone's apartment is as described. Bright, very comfortable, quiet surrounded by a wooded area, 10 minutes' walk to the train station, 100m to the sea, fully equipped. Our host was very available and caring. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or long stay, 35 minutes from Rome by train.

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

The place was great. All of the local restaurants are amazing, and the staff at each and every one of them were so nice and kind—especially given the fact we don’t speak their language—at least one person at each restaurant speaks English, which makes it super easy, so don’t be intimidated. Michele was very friendly, and check in was easy. Pros: cleanliness; right across from the ocean; 15 min walk to grocery store/train station; safe area; local restaurants; blow dryer; inexpensive to get to the city (€1.50 per person one way, and that ticket works for the entire leg of your trip no matter what form of transportation you take) Cons: longer than 30 mins to get to Rome city center (plan a minimum of 60 mins); unable to control the temperature of the apartment yourself, you must ask the host to do it for you (she did, but it was still a slightly inconvenient).

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! I was truly impressed by Micaela's hospitality. She offered to pick us up at the airport when we arrived for a reasonable fee. She offered to take us for dinner, showed us where some of the popular spots were. she made us feel at home and cared for.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

We used the train a lot. Rome took about 40 minutes by train. 15 minute walk to train station. Rome was so busy that it was great to get back to Lido Di Ostia. We loved the town and walked all over. Lots of great restaurants close by and gelato stores. Everyone was so friendly. We did find that on the train that the Ostia Antica stop had an archaeological site. It is 4 km long city. We really loved it. It is a whole town from 2500 years ago. That was one of the best places we visited. I felt terrible leaving because it felt like home. Would highly recommend staying there.

we had an excellent stay in this apartment prior to a cruise. Everything match the description and was even better in person. The host is very kind and responsive. We had several travel issues and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this place again - I highly recommend this apartment.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.
