Barbara and Gunther were nothing less than the perfect hosts. Their place is fantastic, great location and spotless. MauMau is the friendliest cat I have ever met and has pushed me to get a cat of my own! Barbara and Gunther went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, provided great snacks, recommendations and an amazing place to stay which felt homely as well as being spotlessly clean. We will certainly be returning if we are in LA again, and will be recommending to any friends and family. The guys were extremely friendly and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Stayed at Niklas’ place for 4 nights on my fiancee and I’s first time around LA and it was perfect! Everything was as described and Niklas was always very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home and comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining options close by. Close by is a park that was very relaxing and good for walks! Overall great place!

Met Tom upon arrival; he provided instructions as to where to park at another place that he owns about 100 yards north of his AirBnB. He stood around and chatted with us for about 10 minutes, offering some places to check out in the area where one could walk. There is a wonderful garden outside his AirBnB in the backyard. The garden had beautiful and fragrant rose bushes that were a hybrid developed at the Huntington Botanical Gardens in San Marino. We ate breakfast out there numerous times; it was peaceful and quiet for a city location. The inside of the unit was very clean and cozy. The bedroom had plenty of space to store our clothing and accessories and the bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. Kitchen is small, but it worked well for us. We had dinner there on one night and breakfast there on most mornings over the six nights that we stayed. My wife and I would definitely return and stay at Tom’s place again.

A really fantastic Airbnb! Attention to detail everywhere, so many amenities and thoughtful touches, very comfy and spacious. Beautifully appointed. Air conditioning worked great which was so nice because I stayed during an LA heat wave. Hosts were helpful and communicative. I was bummed to check out and would be delighted to stay again.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's college graduation. The property offered a peaceful place for us to unwind each evening after days full of graduation activities. Lori was a sweet heart and very accommodating. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Jason is an incredible host! The check-in process was very easy. The location was easy to find and is in a lovely neighborhood, and is pretty well located. We came to LA to see a concert at SoFi, which wasn’t too far, and we had a lot of activities like going to the beach and visiting some family. The house itself is cute, and the inside is very clean and well put together. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this place as homey, lovely, and convenient as possible. There are many amenities, more than you can even tell from photos. The home has towels, extra blankets, laundry baskets, extension cords, regular toiletries (like shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as well as lotion, Q-tips, first aid kits, and some ladies essentials. In the kitchen there’s teas, stuff for coffee, and pretty much all kitchen essentials. We brought so much but didn’t end up needing as much, because they thought to make our stay so much easier. Jason and family, thank you for the lovely stay!

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

Phillip is such an amazing host and very responsive. His place was clean and well kept and made me feel at home. I would definitely book his home again.

The neighborhood of Cynthia's place was quaint and just what we needed. Close enough to the hot spots of LA but far away from the noise. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the airbnb - especially having breakfast at the living room which looked out the big windows. There was also a big patio - too bad we didn't too much advantage of it. We had a very enjoyable stay. The backyard was especially nice for bbq’ing and connecting with family. Everything looked was as nice as advertised. The park nearby is great for fun activities. We would definitely stay again.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!
