Kim's place was lovely - very pleasantly furnished with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The location was very convenient. Washington Blvd has nice little restaurants and coffee shops. Trader Joe's is about a mile walk and there are lots of restaurants up there. There's a bike and walking path at the foot of the street alongside of the railway that leads to a park and then a little further on to Whole Foods. Very good communication with Kim. She was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Maria is a great host and very responsive. The check in and out was incredibly easy. This is a good spot for someone without a car as the bus stops are incredibly close and the metro is within an accessible distance. The decor is a little tired but as the ad says, it is an older building and it was very clean. It felt like a safe neighbourhood with nearby supermarkets and food spots. Would stay here again. Good for parking if you do have a car.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotless and incredibly well-maintained — everything felt fresh, clean, and inviting from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better; we were just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, which made getting around super convenient. On top of that, the host was fantastic — very responsive, clear with instructions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Very affordable option in a great spot. Near to downtown Culver City and only a short ride to Venice beach, Santa Monica, and other LA neighborhoods. The place was clean and the hosts communicated well throughout the process!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Humberto's place. He provided clear instructions for us prior to arrival so we had no issues finding the place and let us know where to park. Do not let the outside deter you. It is really beautiful inside and very cozy. It isn't the biggest place if you are traveling with a large family but for us of 4 it was just enough space and my son felt right at home. It had a kitchen to cook, which we didn't use but it was a nice feature. This place is also close distance to sofi. I actually stayed at a hotel down the street, when if I had known of this spot prior I would have booked this spot instead. Thank you for being so nice and responsive.

This was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I to sight see Southern California. The location was incredibly safe and grocery stores and restaurants were walkable.

I needed to book a place to temporarily relocate a tenant who had an issue at her apartment. This resident is quick to let me know if something isn't OK, but I didn't hear a peep from her about Laura's place (which says a lot!) ;)

Felt safe during staying the property. Did not bother by street or neighbours’ noises. A minor thing that could be improved is that we found some cockroaches in Kitchen. I’m not quite sure whether this is common in LA area or not.

I had a great stay at Alisa’s place! She was super friendly, responsive, and helpful in her communications - including replying to my booking inquiry really fast which made the booking process very smooth and easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos - and actually felt even more spacious in person - and everything was clean and just as described. The building had great facilities, especially the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely, right across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, plus two grocery stores within walking distance. The marina was also nearby and made for a great evening walk. Very convenient access to LAX airport too. Highly recommend!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

What a lovely place to stay in such a great location. It was quiet, peaceful, and had great access to the beach and local amenities. Nadia was top notch in her communication, knew the local area very well and provided helpful suggestions. The unit is as described, super clean, very well provisioned, convenient parking, and the beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and we met several very friendly neighbors. Such a nice stay, thanks so much!

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

I had a great stay at toms apartment, the listing was exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly. I didnt have any issues during my stay. Tom was very clear with his instructions and extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Very clear and easy instructions to get in…check in and out was easy. Close to LAX about 15 min drive away. Love that it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, super good gym too. Did an early morning walk to Venice beach and canals and felt safe. Location is great, quiet neighborhood, easy access to other areas of LA. Would stay again

Loved my stay here, I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price, based off of location and amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment. Also Bens/Chris were excellent communicators. I spent some quiet time alone here and rested before getting back to work. If you need a staycation or are looking for a comfortable place close to public transportation, this is a great place to do just that.
