Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lacona

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We stayed in the house for less than two weeks and were super satisfied. It is very generous, both inside and outside. The amenities offer everything you need. By car you can quickly get everywhere and you can also walk to Procchio. Hope to come again. Berith was always quickly available for questions and was friendly. We can warmly recommend the house.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there, you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the car park. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip, apart from the cumbersome access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located directly in the center of Capoliveri, close to all shops and restaurants. A special mention for kitchen accessories and all available amenities. Even the dishes are beautiful, which is quite rare in an Airbnb. We also appreciated having umbrellas available. It's certain that Birgit has the attention to detail and does everything to make guests feel at home.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

We felt very comfortable: super beautiful apartment with very nice overgrown patio and fence outside. Our dog was welcome; in the evening and at night there were plenty of fireflies and nightingales. Uncomplicated, always available and very nice landlady Cornelia. The town of Capoliveri is within walking distance, we always had the best weather on the whole island. There are great hiking opportunities that can be started from the cottage. (East coast), Beautiful small beaches are within walking distance and the last meters of the access road to the accommodation were easily doable with our Allroad Audi. We will definitely come back

We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

Very nice stay at Victoria's!! The apartment was impeccable, clean and consistent with the description. Victoria is very welcoming and responsive if needed. The location is perfect for walking to Portoferraio and taking the bus if you want to go elsewhere on the island I recommend 100%

Very well-stocked apartment, clean and very close to Capoliveri beach and Felciaio beach (10 minutes walk). Warm shower and ample outdoor space are very useful. Bathroom a little small, but with a comfortable shower and great water pressure. Large private parking. Highly recommended and definitely a point of reference for the area!

A very cozy apartment with stunning views. The balcony that goes around the apartment is just amazing. Loved it! Angela was very flexible, nice and helpful :)

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment and well equipped, we especially liked the large veranda. The apartment is quiet and you are in the center in 10 minutes' walk, a supermarket (Conad) is right by the apartment, very convenient. We were on the island without a car and everything worked out just fine with the buses. Thank you Paola!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the centre of Marciana marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

We liked best that the sea was only a stone's throw away. The fact that Nisportino is at the end of a long winding road has the great advantage that not so many tourists get lost here even in the high season. There's a beautiful hiking trail above the coast. Cristiano and Sonia are great helpful hosts who are always available. The apartment is spacious and as shown in the pictures. There is air conditioning and a terrace, which is directly adjacent to the terrace of the neighboring apartment, but that did not bother us, thanks to pleasant neighbors. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, a little more dishes or kitchen utensils would complete the whole thing. If you think about bringing your own dishwashing liquid, cloths, dish towels, soap, shampoo, towels and bed linens (1.80-wide sheets for the double beds), you can have a great vacation there.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
