The pool (open from June 15 to September 15, except technical incident, 12 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, secured but not monitored) is at your disposal for free! Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.

Beautiful house tastefully renovated under the pine trees, terrace, barbecue, beach access 15 minutes' walk. Enjoy a quiet ocean stay under the pine trees and close to all shops, the beachfront, surf schools and the lake. 50 m2 cocooning ideal for families of 5 people. Pleasant living room with lounge and kitchen. Bathroom with toilet & walk-in shower. Two ground floor bedrooms with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. A bedroom with a 140 bed, a desk and a TV area upstairs.
