Very well received by the "La fairée du service" concierge, i.e. Sarah by quickly and efficiently explaining things to know to us. Very available. Estelle was very responsive and far-sighted even remotely! We'll come back to her place, without hesitation. Great value for money. Great for a weekend with girlfriends! Including its beachfront location and close to the best restaurants in Hossegor.

Manon's apartment is ideally located, clean, functional and simply warm. Thanks also to her dad who welcomed us with a smile. Once the car is parked in the garage in the reserved basement, everything is accessible on foot (beach, restaurants, supermarket, tobacco, fish market, casino, bars...). We'd recommend it without a second thought.

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

These 5 days at Alix's went perfectly. His apartment, ideally located close to the beach, restaurants/bars and shops, is very well decorated and very functional. We were able to enjoy the books made available and the advice of Alix with whom communication was very fluid throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a great stay in Penon.

Excellent stay in Hossegor, close to the ocean. You can do everything on foot, the tour of the lake, the city centre, the restaurants, the halls. The apartment is great, as charming as in the photo. Thanks to Sophie for the welcome and flexibility both on arrival and departure. We will come back without hesitation!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Stunningly beautiful surroundings and a very stylish and highly liveable apartment. Proximity to Saint Jean de Luz and the stunning coastline a huge plus. Some reviews have mentioned difficulty of getting luggage up from car park - but this was not an issue for us, Benoit sent map location to unload at back gate before driving to carpark. Don’t hesitate. Amazing!
